“Tropical Manor House “ is an exclusive Bed & Breakfast located in the quaint and authentic Mexican beach town of Los Ayala, located 40 kilometres north of Puerto Vallarta but a world apart. Tropical Manor House is perfect for the adventurer at heart who seeks an active vacation experience in authentic small town Mexico, with kilometres of gorgeous beaches, but prefers a little luxury; or those who just wish to get away and while the time away at the beach; in our romantic suite; or with a great book by the pool. The ideal get away for a romantic honeymoon and a great spot for friends to share an active vacation. Come and experience authentic Mexico without sacrificing creature comforts.

Enjoy comfortable accommodations with a touch of luxury. You will find your suite spacious, nicely decorated, well appointed, with ample lighting so you may sit back, relax and enjoy reading that great novel. We pay attention to the details which really matter. A stay with us includes a private bathroom with a spacious shower, soft towels, and comfortable beds dressed in fluffy pillows and sheets with high thread counts; for your absolute comfort we provide ceiling fans and air conditioning; and a large private patio with a view of the forest of palms. For our guest’s enjoyment we also provide a Mini Bar stocked with a variety of sodas, beer and juice, and we leave space for your snacks; satellite television with over 200 channels to choose from; and complimentary wireless internet connection for your laptop.

Tropical Manor House offers sun drenched and shaded tiled patios and terraces, with a panoramic view of the crystal clear Pacific ocean and the forest of palms that grace our hillside location overlooking the sea. Take pleasure in waking up each morning in a tropical oasis to the aroma of fresh Mexican coffee brewing in the kitchen, and the songs of tropical birds and the occasional rooster, before going for a swim in the warm Pacific Ocean.

Pre-Select your delicious breakfast from our varied menu, indicating your preferred breakfast time and we will serve it to you on your private patio, or on the main terrace overlooking the sea. Experience “Sitting in the Sky” on our pool patio before taking a refreshing dip in our plunge pool. For your pleasure we also serve cocktails on the ocean view terrace, in the afternoon or evening depending on the day’s activities.

Tropical Manor House is located on a hillside about seven short blocks (about an eight minute walk) to the gorgeous, palm fringed kilometre long beach of Los Ayala. The beach of Los Ayala offers calm, safe swimming and a variety of great beachside seafood restaurants to enjoy. Take a whale watching tour, try ocean kayaking or the thrill of riding a jet ski.

If you seek a more secluded beach "Playa del Beso" which translates to "Beach of the Kiss" is just a ten minute walk from Playa Los Ayala. If you are craving more action, some great dining or shopping it is less than a four minute walk to the Main avenue where you may hop on a local collectivo for the five minute ride to bustling Rincon de Guayabitos with its three kilometre long beach. Or stay on the collectivo for another ten minutes, and visit the colourful town of La Penita and its' weekly market.
